10% of the trip price, up to $15 on a single booking, landing on your referral code the moment your reader books a tour, cruise or transfer. Every click and every dollar is visible in your own dashboard. Free to join, no minimum audience, and the full rules are public before you apply.
Real trips, at the prices published on this site, with the $15 ceiling applied where it bites. Open any of them and check the maths yourself.
| If your reader books… | Booking value | You earn (10%) |
|---|---|---|
| Two sleeper-bus seats, Hanoi → Sapathe smallest thing we sell — yes, it pays too | ~$34 | $3.40 |
| 2-day Sapa trek, 2 people | ~$136 | $13.60 |
| Private car, Hanoi airport → Sapa | ~$160 | $15at the cap |
| Overnight Ha Long Bay cruise, 2 people | ~$270 | $15at the cap |
| 6-day North Vietnam trip, 2 peoplethe ceiling in plain sight: a big trip pays the same as a $160 transfer | ~$1,000–1,300 | $15 |
Booking values are the public prices on this site at the time of writing, shown for illustration — follow the links for today's price. Commission is 10% of what the customer actually pays for the trip itself (payment-gateway fees and tax are excluded from the base), capped at $15 per booking, calculated and paid in USD. So the $15 ceiling is the whole strategy: five transfers pay more than one luxury package. If your audience books a lot of small and mid-size trips, this program suits you; if you place one $5,000 trip a year, it honestly doesn't — and we'd rather say that here than have you find out on your first big booking.
The honest version, in order. Nothing here changes after you join — it is section 3 of the program terms.
Most affiliate programs ask you to trust a black box. Here is what we show you instead — including the parts that don't favour us.
This program is in a pilot phase and we say so in writing. Section 1 of the terms commits us to talking with you before any decision that affects your earnings, and section 9 to paying out what you legitimately earned even if either side walks away. Read all ten sections →
You can hand part of your own commission back to your readers as a real discount. Set the share in your profile — say 3 of your 10 points — and anyone typing your code at checkout sees the price drop, while you keep the rest. Turn it off any time; set it to 0 and you keep everything.
It is the difference between “please use my link” and “use my code, it saves you money”.
LuxuryTourVN is a working tour operator in Hanoi, not a link network. We run the tours, cruises and transfers on this site, we invoice and are paid by the same customers you send, and you can walk into the office. Talk to us before you apply — we answer as people, on the same numbers our customers use.
Once approved you get a login to your partner dashboard. Pick any tour, cruise or transfer page and the dashboard generates a tracked link (plus a short /go/ link) for it, or use your plain referral code — customers can type it into any booking form. Every link belongs to your code, so a reader who lands on your Sapa link and books a Ha Long cruise still counts as yours.
Because it is what lets us pay 10% on every booking — the $34 bus seat included — instead of only on expensive packages. $15 is the most a single booking can pay, whatever the trip costs. Your rate and your cap are both written on your account before your first link goes live. Both numbers are copied onto each commission the moment it is created, so a change can never reach back and reduce what you already earned — and if we ever change them going forward, section 1 of the terms says we tell you before it applies.
No minimum. We look at whether your audience travels to Vietnam, not at your follower count — a 2,000-reader newsletter of people actually planning a trip beats 200,000 passive followers. Show us your strongest channels in the form and we'll tell you honestly either way.
Write to us with what you know — the date, the name, roughly what they booked. If we can verify the booking came from you, we credit the commission manually. That is section 1 of the terms and it exists precisely because tracking is never perfect: people switch phones, clear cookies, or book by WhatsApp after reading your post.
Because bookings get cancelled and refunded, and we would rather pay your full rate on everything that actually happens than a smaller rate with money clawed back later. Your commission is visible as Pending the whole time — it isn't hidden, it just isn't withdrawable yet.
Commission is calculated in USD (bookings in VND are converted at the invoice's exchange rate). You request a withdrawal of $100 or more from the dashboard, to your bank account or PayPal. Payouts are gross — any tax on the income is yours to handle, wherever you live.
We ask for your name, email, phone and channel links to review the application, and later your payout details. You see the booking, its value and your commission — customer personal data stays masked in the portal on purpose. Service questions from your readers come to us, not to you.
None. Joining is free, there is no monthly minimum to keep the account, and you are free to promote anyone else at the same time. If you stop, commissions you already earned on paid, completed trips are still paid out.
Show us where your audience lives — your channels are how we judge the partnership, so include your strongest ones. We read every application ourselves and reply by email within a few days, yes or no. No fee, and nothing is charged at any point.
