Partner program terms
These are the exact rules every LuxuryTourVN partner accepts in their dashboard before their first link
goes live. We publish them here so you can read every line — including the parts that limit what you earn —
before you decide to apply. Last updated July 25, 2026.
In short: this program is in a testing phase. Promote us honestly,
never fake or manipulate bookings, and if anything unexpected happens we will always
sit down together and solve it before any decision is made.
1. Pilot program — we talk first
The affiliate program is new and still being tested. Tracking, reports and rules may be
improved along the way; we will tell you about any significant change before it applies to you.
If you ever see something wrong or unclear — a booking you believe is missing, a commission
amount that looks incorrect, a tracking problem — contact us and we will review it together
in good faith. If a booking can be verified as yours and our tracking missed it, we will
credit it manually. No decision that affects your earnings is made without discussing it with you first.
2. How you earn
- You earn your personal commission rate (shown on your dashboard, with any per-booking cap) on bookings made through your links.
- The commission base is the booking value excluding payment-gateway fees and taxes.
- A booking is credited to you when the customer visits through your link or code and books within 90 days. If the customer later clicks another partner's link, the most recent link wins.
- One referral = one booking. After a customer books, the referral is used; their next booking is only credited to you if they visit through your link again.
3. When commission is paid
- A new commission starts as Pending. It becomes withdrawable after the customer has fully paid and the trip has taken place.
- Cancelled or refunded bookings are void and earn no commission.
- The minimum withdrawal is $100, paid to your bank account or PayPal after a manual review.
4. Fair play — what is not allowed
The program only works if the numbers are real. The following count as cheating:
- Self-referral — booking for yourself through your own link to earn commission. The system flags this automatically for review.
- Fake or test bookings, or asking customers to cancel and re-book through your link.
- Brand advertising — running search or social ads on our brand name, or presenting yourself as LuxuryTourVN.
- Technical manipulation — cookie stuffing, forced or hidden clicks, spam mass-posting of your link.
- False promises — advertising discounts, refunds or upgrades that we have not published or approved.
- Customer data misuse — attempting to collect or use the personal data of referred customers (the portal masks it deliberately).
5. If something goes wrong
- Honest mistakes: in this pilot phase, the first response to any problem is a conversation, not a penalty. We discuss, we correct, we move on.
- Deliberate cheating: the related commissions are voided, the account is suspended, and any unpaid balance from fraudulent bookings is forfeited.
6. Honest content
Describe our tours, transfers and cruises truthfully, using published prices and inclusions.
You are responsible for your own content complying with the rules of the platforms you post on and with local law.
7. Customers and privacy
Referred customers are LuxuryTourVN customers. Keep confidential any customer information you
happen to learn, and direct all service questions (changes, refunds, complaints) to us.
8. Taxes
Payouts are made gross; any taxes on your commission income are your own responsibility.
9. Leaving the program
Either side may end participation at any time. Commissions you have legitimately earned
(paid bookings with completed trips) will still be paid out under section 3.
