Train Information

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:40 – 05:30)

  • 20:40: Arrive at Lao Cai Train Station (No.337 Quảng Trường ga Lào Cai Street, see this destination on Google Map) for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for a paper ticket at this point.
  • 21:40: Depart to Hanoi Train Station.
  • 05:30: Arrive at Hanoi Train Station.

Pick up and drop off

Lao Cai Station to Hanoi Station (21:40 – 05:30)

  • 20:40: Arrive at Lao Cai Train Station (No.337 Quảng Trường ga Lào Cai Street, (see this destination on Google Map) for check-in procedure. Your online ticket would be exchanged for a paper ticket at this point.
  • 21:40: Depart for Hanoi Train Station.

Important Notes

  • Victoria Train is off on Saturday
  • Ticket price does not include meals
  • You should have dinner before doing the check-in of your cabin

Cancellation policies

  • More than 30 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with an additional fee of 10% of the total price as the handling fee
  • 30 days to 10 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
  • Within 10 days before departure date: No refund;
  • Not showing up: No refund
