Pick Up & Drop off

Pick-Up at the airport:

  • Pick-up at your chosen time, normally about 30 minutes after you have arrived at the airport
  • Our driver will hold a board writing your name and wait for you in the lobby of the airport
  • Free pick-up at your hotel within Halong city center,

Drop-off Point:

  • An extra fee will be applied for another drop off location at Tuan Chau island

Pick-Up for seeing off:

  • At your chosen time, normally about 2 hours before your flight takes off

Driver Language:

  • The driver can handle basic conversation in English / Vietnamese (English support via Phone / Whatsapp / Line)

Cancellation policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 2/car as handle fee
  • Within 48 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total price is charged
