Booking Guidelines

  • Same day booking: Book at least 3 hours before your pick up time
  • Airport pick-up: Select flight arrival date at checkout. If the flight arrives between 12:00 am-11:59 pm on 2 May, select 2 May
  • Please input the correct flight number at the payment page

How To Use

  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date specified
  • Please arrive at your designated pick up location at least 5 minutes before the pick-up time

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 5/ car as handle fee
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 30% of the total price is charged
  • Within 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No show: 100% of total tour price
  • It will be considered a 'no-show' when you are late or miss the transfer. If you provide the wrong flight information or experience delays without contacting the operator. No refunds will be issued
