Pick up and drop off

  • The car will pick up and drop off at your hotel and home-stay around Sapa town center. An extra fee will be applied for the other pick-up location outside Sapa center;
  • Pick up time in the morning should be around 6 AM – 8:30 AM, and leave Bac Ha before 3:30 PM

Surcharges

  • For pick up and drop beyond the Sapa town, an additional surcharge will be applied, and the operator will re-confirm with you
  • A surcharge of VND 70,000 (USD 3) will apply for every 30 minutes, paid in cash directly to the driver

Confirmation

  • You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 5 working hours. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email.
  • In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email, WhatsApp, live chat, WeChat or Kakaotalk
  • Within 1 day before the departure, we will send you detail about the car’s license plate number and driver’s phone number

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 days before arrival: USD 5 as handle fee;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 30% of the total price;
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: 100% of the total price.
