Hanoi and Hue station
- Hue train Station: located at Nguyen Tri Phuong Street, Hue city
- The Main station (Hanoi station) is located at 120 Le Duan street, Hanoi (please do not confuse with the Hanoi station B, Tran Quy Cap street for the Train to Sapa).
Berth allocation
- We will priority reserve the lower berth in case it is available
- For group booking together, we will arrange the passengers in the same cabin
Luggage allowance
- Carry-on Bags: The train cabins are allowed to carry baggage not to exceed the weight limitation of 20 kgs of adults and 10 kgs of children. This baggage should be wrapped neatly and reliably.
Cancellation policies
- More than 15 days before arrival: A refund is possible but with 10% of the total price charged as a handling fee
- 15 days to 5 days before departure date: 50% of total price will be refunded;
- Within 5 days before departure date: No refund;
- Passenger not showing up: No refund
