Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund with USD 4 / car as handling fee will be charged;
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
  • Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund;
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
