Pick up & drop off

  • Pick up and drop off at any hotel in Ho Chi Minh city center (or Ho Chi Minh airport - SGN) and Can Tho city
  • Airport pick up is available, please provide flight detail (number and arrival time) at the payment page.

Other notes

  • Pick-up and drop-off are only available within the city limits. If your pick up or drop off location is outside of the city limits, additional surcharges may apply, and an operator will re-confirm with you
  • Surcharge might be applied if there is more than just 1 pick-up (or drop-off point) for your group.
  • The driver will wait at your address max 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After that, a surcharge of USD 4 per every 30 minutes will be applied (paid in cash to driver)

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 5 per car as handle fee
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 30% of the total price is charged
  • Within 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No-show: 100% of total tour price
