Itinerary

  • Pick-up: Free pick-up at your hotel in central Hanoi (this usually takes 30–45 minutes), then we depart for Halong via the new expressway.
  • Rest stop: After about 1 hour on the road, the van stops for a 10-minute break.
  • Arrival: We reach Halong after around 2.5 hours, dropping passengers off in Tuan Chau first, then in Halong City.

Pick-up and Drop-off

  • Hanoi: any address in the city center
  • Halong: anywhere in Tuan Chau Harbor, or your hotel in Halong City

About the VIP Seats

A typical limousine van has 9 seats: 2 at the front, 4 in the middle and 3 at the back. The 4 middle seats are the VIP seats. They are larger and more comfortable than the standard seats, and they are a good choice if you get car sick easily. The photo below shows the VIP seat layout.

Good to Know

  • Children aged 0–4 travel free of charge when sharing a seat with their parents.
  • Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
  • Food and drinks are allowed on board — please help keep the vehicle clean.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 48 hours before departure: USD 2 per ticket handling fee
  • Between 48 and 24 hours before departure: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No-show: 100% of the total price is charged
