Hanoi Sapa sleeping bus

• Pick up around Hanoi old quarter
• Around 5.5 - 6 hours of transfer via Hanoi - Lao Cai Expressway with 2 breaks on the way
• Stop at bus office in Sapa town (no hotel drop off service)
• Transfer by Tourist bus: Sapa Express, Green bus, Good morning Sapa bus or Fansipan

Bus Itinerary

• The tour guide and small bus start to pick up around Hanoi old quarter 1 hour in advance of departure time, transfer passengers to the meeting point (bus office) for the big sleeping bus to Sapa.
• There are 02 breaks on the way, one at the 57th km and another at the 237th km.
• The bus arrives in Sapa after around 5.5 - 6 hours of transfer.
• For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 - 06:00 AM

Pickup and drop off

• Pick up at any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or bus office (If passengers stay outside the Old Quarter).
• If your hotel is located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meet-up location at least 30 minutes before departure time (detail will be sent along with booking confirmation
• We might refuse to pick up at Airbnb around Hano old quarter.
• Drop-off at bus office in Sapa town

Other notes:

• Once you get confirmation from us (Via email / Whatsapp / Line / Wechat), your tickets have been reserved. At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or have e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get on the bus
• Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
• Seat arrangement will be made by bus operators

Cancellation Policies

• More than 48 hours before arrival: USD 1.5 / ticket as handling fee will be charged;
• 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded;
• Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund.
• Passengers no show: No refund
