Note:
- We will give you driver phone number, car image, license plate for easier find your booked transfer.
- Please be present at the pick-up point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- Luggage allowance: 20 kg bag plus 7 kg hand luggage.
- Availability is not updated online for this service. If you're booking less than 24 hours ahead we may not be able to confirm your reservation on time.

Cancellation Policies
- More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund but with an additional fee of USD 2 / tickets as handling fee.
- 24 hours to 48 hours before starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded.
- Within 24 hours before starting time: No refund.
- Passenger not showing up: No refund.
