Pick up and drop off

  • Pick up at any hotel in Can Tho city center
  • Drop off at Hotel around Ho Chi Minh City area or Ho Chi Minh airport (SGN) (please provide flight number at the payment page for better arrangement)

Other notes

  • Pick-up and drop-off are only available within the city limits. If your pick up or drop off location is outside of the city limits, additional surcharges may apply, and our operator will re-confirm with you
  • Surcharge might be applied if there is more than just 1 pick-up (or drop-off point) for your group.
  • The river will wait at your address max 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. After that, surcharge as USD 4/30 minutes will be applied (paid in cash to driver)

Cancellation Policy

  • 48 hours before departure time: USD 5 per car will be charged
  • Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 30% of the total price is charged
  • Within 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
  • No-show: 100% of total tour price
