Transport Descriptions
- First, a Limousine Van would pick you up at your hotel in Ninh Binh area: Ninh Binh City, Trang An, Tam Coc
- Then, the van would take you to Hanoi via Expressway
- Arrive at Hanoi after 2.5 hours of transfer. Then, the van would drop you off at our office for the Limousine bus (or luxury minivan) to Halong that depart hourly
- Total around 5 hours of transfer with pick-up and drop-off service
- The actual pick up time can be changed a bit as it depends on the traffic condition and passenger's location
Pick up and drop off
- Pick up: At any hotel around Ninh Binh City, Tam Coc, Trang An, Hoa Lu, and Mua cave area. USD 02 extra fee for pick up at Bai Dinh and Van Long area (Emeralda Resort)
- Drop off: At any hotel around Halong city and Tuan Chau island (please advise name and detail address at the booking time), cruise port (Tuan Chau wharf, Hon Gai Port, Halong international cruise port)
Other Note
- Seat allocation will be arranged depending on the availability of the booking time. We will reserve you the best available seats at this time.
- Luggage allowance: 1 medium size case (about 62 inches) and 1 handbag for each passenger. If you have more luggage to bring, please inform us in advance.
Cancellation policy
- 48 hours before departure time: USD 2 per person will be charged
- Within 48 hours to 24 hours prior departure time: 100% of the total price is charged
- No show: 100% of the total price is charged
